Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage maintenance technicians while scheduling and coordinating daily activities for efficient resource utilization, and provide training and guidance to foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of pump systems.
- Develop a designated customer base including preparation plans, budgets and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and engineering, to optimize pump system performance and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts to identify and resolve pump system issues promptly.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical or vocational training in electrical systems, control panel design, or a related field is advantageous.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in pump system maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of various pump types, including centrifugal, Firefighting, and submersible pumps.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Certification in maintenance or relevant field is a plus.
- English Proficiency is a must.
- The ability to communicate in Arabic is preferred.

Pump Installation:
Install, assemble, and align various types of pumps, including centrifugal pumps, submersible pumps, and positive displacement pumps.
Ensure proper connections, fittings, and alignments for efficient pump operation.
Welding:
Perform welding tasks as needed for pump installations, repairs, or modifications.
Utilize welding techniques such as arc welding, MIG welding, TIG welding, or other methods depending on the materials and requirements.
Maintenance and Repair:
Conduct routine maintenance on pumps to prevent malfunctions and extend the lifespan of equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot pump issues, implementing necessary repairs and replacements.
Fabrication:
Fabricate components and structures using welding and metalworking techniques.
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications for accurate fabrication.
Testing and Calibration:
Conduct performance tests on pumps after installation or repair to ensure proper functionality.

Job Requirements:
Education:
